Connect the indicator
Plug an EGL IND-01, IND-02 or PRT-IND-01 into the Windows machine over RS-232, USB or Bluetooth. Auto-detected in under 10 seconds.

FAQ
Eight things operators ask before buying.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The software runs entirely on the Windows machine; only the government-integration sync needs internet. Queued slips post automatically when the connection returns.
Which Windows versions?
Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 — same installer, no extra dependencies. Runs on machines as light as 2 GB RAM.
Which Eagle Weigh indicators does it support?
All of them. EGL IND-01 (flat 0.8″), IND-02 (round 1″), and PRT-IND-01 (with printer). Bluetooth and Wi-Fi indicators are also supported.
Can I customise the slip format?
Yes. Most fields (slip number prefix, columns, party name, material list) are configurable in-app. For deeper changes we ship per-site templates.
What if my govt portal credentials change?
Update them once in Settings · Integrations. All future syncs use the new credentials immediately; queued slips re-attempt automatically.
Do you offer training?
Yes — typically a single half-day session covers an entire operator team. Ongoing support is included for the warranty period.
Is there a CCTV camera limit?
Up to 4 channels per workstation. Each weighment is automatically tagged to the camera frames captured during the weigh-in.
Can I run multiple weighbridges from one office?
Yes. Each weighbridge is a workstation; the office machine aggregates them for unified reports.
