Anna Darpan. State food distribution.
Eagle Weigh's weighbridge software integrates with the Anna Darpan public food-distribution portal, used by state civil supplies departments for ration-shop allocation. Truck-in / gross / commodity / destination centre / signed-out — captured and synced.
Public-distribution weighbridges.
State food-distribution networks dispatch staples — rice, wheat, sugar, pulses — from central warehouses to fair-price shops. Each truck carries a multi-commodity load. The Anna Darpan portal allocates the load to destination centres; the weighbridge software at dispatch records the actual weight against the allocation.
Eagle Weigh's integration captures per-commodity weights on a multi-commodity truck and posts the breakdown back to Anna Darpan, so allocation versus actual is reconciled at dispatch — not at delivery.
Five questions civil-supplies teams ask before buying.
What happens if the connection drops before Anna Darpan acknowledges the dispatch?
The weighment is queued locally and posts automatically once the connection returns. The truck still leaves on schedule — the dispatch record is back-dated to the actual weigh-out time.
Can one truck carry multiple commodities to different fair-price shops?
Yes. Per-commodity weight is captured separately on the same multi-commodity truck, and each commodity's breakdown is posted back to Anna Darpan against its own allocation.
How is allocation checked against what was actually loaded?
The portal allocates the load to destination centres in advance; the weighbridge software records the real weight at dispatch, so allocation-versus-actual is reconciled immediately rather than waiting until delivery.
Can multiple dispatch points run under one Anna Darpan account?
Yes. Each dispatch weighbridge runs as its own workstation, and the office machine aggregates all of them for unified reporting.
Do you support state portals other than Anna Darpan?
Yes — FCI Hafed and Uttarakhand e-Rawanna (Khanij Mitra) are also live integrations, running on the same weighbridge software.
Is this a subscription?
No. EagleOS is a one-time license with optional annual support — there's no recurring fee to keep the Anna Darpan integration running.
What are the minimum system requirements?
EagleOS runs on machines with as little as 2GB RAM. Windows 10, 11, and Server/IoT editions are recommended; Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are technically compatible but not recommended for new deployments that touch the internet or a government portal — which matters here, since Anna Darpan sync is exactly that kind of deployment.
