Day 1 — RFP intake
Tender doc lands on the desk. A bid lead is assigned. We confirm receipt + earliest response SLA the same day.

Day 2-3 — Scope clarification
One call or email exchange to confirm capacity, integration scope, deployment locations, support tier. We surface any compliance gap we'd flag in the bid.

Day 3-5 — Bid drafting
Eagle prepares the bid envelope: technical compliance sheet, BOQ, deviation list (if any), commercial sheet, EMD route. Documents reviewed by an internal compliance check before submission.

Day 5+ — Submission + post-bid clarifications
Bid submitted on the portal or as a sealed envelope. Eagle stays available for technical clarifications through opening + award stages.

Can you bid as the prime contractor, or only as OEM supplier to an integrator?
Both. For weighbridge-software-heavy tenders we bid as prime contractor. For civil-heavy tenders we typically partner with a civil contractor and supply the hardware + software as one consolidated line item. We're flexible on the consortium structure.
What's the minimum bid size you respond to?
We bid for tenders as small as a single ₹6-lakh dispatch weighbridge and as large as multi-state ₹15-crore procurement-portal-integration contracts. The desk evaluates fit, not size.
Do you handle EMD + performance-bank-guarantee paperwork?
Yes. Our finance + tender desks coordinate EMD payment, performance-bank-guarantee issuance, and security-deposit refund follow-ups. We bank with mainline private + PSU banks for instrument issuance.
What's your standard supply timeline after award?
Single yard: hardware shipped in 14-21 days, software deployed in 1 working day, calibration in 1 day, Legal Metrology stamping in 2-3 weeks. Multi-yard tenders we phase based on the RFP's milestone plan.
Do you supply spares + AMC after warranty?
Yes. Spares are stocked at our Delhi manufacturing site + at a regional partner network. AMC contracts cover both reactive support and govt-portal API updates as we ship new releases.
