What this site is.
Eagle Weigh's website is an information catalogue for the products Eagle Electric Company manufactures and supplies. Prices on this site (where shown) are indicative. Final pricing, lead-times and availability are by direct quote from our sales team.
Specifications listed on this site reflect the standard catalogue. Custom configurations, capacities and integrations are quoted separately. We reserve the right to update specifications without notice in line with our continuous-improvement process.
Acceptable use.
You may view, print and download materials from this site for your own internal evaluation, procurement and integration purposes. You may not republish, resell or systematically scrape our catalogue without written permission. Automated crawling for the purpose of training large language models or constructing competing catalogues is not permitted.
Datasheets and manuals are made available for use with the hardware they describe. Reverse-engineering of the firmware ("Bobby 7777") or the application software is not permitted.

Warranty & service.
Every product Eagle Weigh ships carries a one-year warranty from invoice date, covering manufacturing defects under normal industrial use. Damage from over-voltage, water ingress beyond rated IP class, mechanical impact, or unauthorised modification is excluded.
Service requests are routed through the ICS desk on +91 99963 33911. RMA terms are quoted at the time of service.
Limitation of liability.
Eagle Electric Company's total liability under any product purchase is limited to the invoice value of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses (lost production, lost revenue, downtime) arising from product use, except where Indian law mandates otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
