Eagle Weigh
EagleOS · Uttarakhand e-Rawanna

Uttarakhand e-Rawanna. Khanij Mitra. Live.

Eagle Weigh's weighbridge software syncs directly with the Uttarakhand mining department's Khanij Mitra portal — an e-Rawanna (electronic transport permit) is auto-issued as soon as a truck weighs out. The operator's slip number and the portal's e-Rawanna ID are printed together on the same paper slip.

How the integration works.

When a truck rolls onto the weighbridge, the operator selects the material and party from a dropdown (or scans the gate pass). The weighment lands in Eagle Weigh's weighbridge software, which immediately posts it to Khanij Mitra. The portal validates the despatch and issues an e-Rawanna number; that number prints on the same slip as the operator's local slip number.

If the internet drops, the weighment is queued locally. The truck still leaves; the e-Rawanna issues automatically once the connection returns, and the portal-side dispatch is back-dated to the actual weigh-out time.

What the integration handles

Five things, end-to-end.

FAQ

Five questions miners ask before buying.

What happens if the truck leaves before the portal acknowledges?

The local slip prints immediately with the operator's slip number. The e-Rawanna queues; it issues automatically when the portal reconnects, and the printed slip is regenerated with both numbers on demand.

Can we run multiple weighbridges under one Khanij Mitra account?

Yes. Each weighbridge is configured as a separate workstation; the office machine aggregates them for unified reports.

How do we update party / material masters?

The portal pushes; Eagle Weigh pulls on each session start. No manual sync.

What if Khanij Mitra credentials change?

Update in Settings → Integrations; subsequent slips use new credentials immediately.

Do you support state portals other than Uttarakhand?

FCI Hafed and Anna Darpan are also live. Other state mining portals can be added on quote — typically a 2–4 week integration cycle.

Is this a subscription?

No. EagleOS is a one-time license with optional annual support — there's no recurring fee to keep the Khanij Mitra integration running.

What are the minimum system requirements?

EagleOS runs on machines with as little as 2GB RAM. Windows 10, 11, and Server/IoT editions are recommended; Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are technically compatible but not recommended for new deployments that touch the internet or a government portal — which matters here, since Khanij Mitra sync is exactly that kind of deployment.
