Eagle Weigh's weighbridge software integrates with the FCI Hafed (Food Corporation of India / Haryana Federation) procurement workflow. Truck-in / gross / truck-out / net / quality grade / lot number / godown destination — all captured at the weighbridge, all synced to the procurement system.
How procurement weighbridges differ.
A grain procurement weighbridge captures more than just gross / tare / net. The party (farmer / commission agent), the material grade (wheat-FAQ / paddy-A / etc.), the lot number, the godown destination — all need to land on the same slip and the same procurement record.
Eagle Weigh's FCI Hafed integration captures all of this at the weighbridge and posts it directly to the procurement system. The slip prints in English + Hindi, the lot number is auto-issued, the godown is selected from a portal-synced master.

What happens if the mandi's internet connection drops mid-weighment?
The local slip prints immediately with the operator's slip number, lot number and godown selection. The procurement-system post queues and syncs automatically once the connection returns — the truck is never held up waiting on the network.
Can the lot number be verified before the truck leaves the weighbridge?
Yes. The lot number is auto-issued and printed on the slip at the moment of weigh-out, so the farmer or agent leaves with it in hand — it doesn't depend on a separate portal confirmation step.
How is the destination godown or bin selected?
From a portal-synced master list — the operator picks the godown from a dropdown that Eagle Weigh pulls from the FCI/Hafed side, not a locally-typed free-text field.
Does the slip print in Hindi as well as English?
Yes, every FCI Hafed slip prints bilingual (English + Hindi) by default, so it's readable by the farmer or commission agent as well as the procurement office.
Do you support government portals other than FCI Hafed?
Yes — Uttarakhand e-Rawanna (Khanij Mitra) and Anna Darpan are also live integrations, running on the same weighbridge software.
Is this a subscription?
No. EagleOS is a one-time license with optional annual support — there's no recurring fee to keep the FCI Hafed integration running.
What are the minimum system requirements?
EagleOS runs on machines with as little as 2GB RAM. Windows 10, 11, and Server/IoT editions are recommended; Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are technically compatible but not recommended for new deployments that touch the internet or a government portal — which matters here, since procurement-system sync is exactly that kind of deployment.
