Mining & government. Govt-integrated weighbridges.

Mining despatch, grain procurement and public food distribution all require government-portal sync at the weighbridge. Eagle Weigh's software integrates directly with three live state-government endpoints — Uttarakhand e-Rawanna (Khanij Mitra), FCI Hafed and Anna Darpan — so an auto-e-permit is issued as soon as the truck weighs out.

The story

4 am at a mining checkpost.

At 4 am at a mining-despatch checkpost in Haridwar, an empty truck rolls onto the weighbridge. The terminal reads the tare. The operator scans the truck's e-Rawanna QR — the permit number, the mine code, the consignment material auto-fill on the screen. The truck leaves to load. At 5:40 am it returns loaded. Gross reading captured, net computed, and within two seconds the weighment is posted to Uttarakhand's Khanij Mitra portal. The truck cannot leave the state without a posted weighment. The whole exchange is under three minutes.

Eagle Weigh's mining-and-government stack was built around this scene. The integration with Khanij Mitra (e-Rawanna), FCI Hafed and Anna Darpan is live — not a roadmap. The operator workflow is identical across the three portals; the EagleOS software handles the per-portal API differences underneath.

Why govt-portal sync is its own discipline.

Three things break the moment a portal integration goes live in the field: the portal API changes without notice, the village internet flaps mid-shift, and the operator forgets which screen drives which workflow. EagleOS handles all three.

On the API side, our software team maintains parsers for each of the three portals — when the schema shifts (and it does, every few months), we ship a config update. On the internet side, queued slips post automatically when the connection returns; the operator never sees the queue. On the UX side, the operator menus are identical across portals — only the data fields differ.

Who buys this

Where the govt stack ships.

  • Mining checkposts

Khanij Mitra (Uttarakhand mining) e-Rawanna issue and validation.

  • Government weighbridges

State revenue weighbridges; the slip format is pre-approved with the state department.

  • FCI / Hafed procurement centres

Grain procurement at FCI godowns and Hafed centres in Haryana.

  • Anna Darpan ration centres

State food-distribution PDS centres; consumer slip with PDS card reference.

  • Private weighbridges in mining belts

Privately owned but compliance-bound — e-Rawanna validation is a condition of operation.

Common questions

Mining & govt FAQ.

What happens when the portal API changes?

Our software team maintains parsers for each portal. When a schema changes, we ship a config update — usually within 1–3 working days of the portal change.

What if the internet is unreliable at the site?

Slips queue locally and post when the link returns. The operator never sees the queue — the workflow is identical online and offline.

Can the unit handle three portals at the same site?

Yes. Some FCI procurement centres also issue e-Rawanna permits. EagleOS handles multi-portal sync from one operator workflow.

Do you provide compliance documentation?

Slip format, audit log structure and portal acknowledgement scheme are all documented per-site. We deliver a compliance pack with every govt-portal install.

What's the SLA when a portal goes down?

Portal-side outages are outside our control, but local weighment continues normally — slips queue and post on portal recovery. We monitor portal health and proactively notify operators when an outage is region-wide.
