Eagle Weigh has built weighing electronics in Delhi since 2004. Every product line ships with standardised components, a 1-year warranty, and in-house calibration. Where regulatory certification applies (Legal Metrology, ISI, OIML), we maintain it; where it doesn't, we document our own internal standards.

Where regulation applies.
Indian weighing equipment falls under Legal Metrology (formerly Weights & Measures) for trade use. Eagle Weigh maintains current Model Approval certifications for the indicator and terminal families used in trade. PDFs available on request.
International certifications (OIML, MID for EU markets) — please contact our export desk; we'll quote against the specific destination and product line.
Six warranty questions.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in PCB, firmware, indicators, terminals and supplied load cells, from the date of dispatch. Includes replacement-or-repair at our cost.
What's not covered?
Physical damage, voltage surges beyond rated supply, water immersion beyond IP rating, third-party modifications or repairs.
How do field returns work?
Call our support line, get an RMA, ship to Samaypur. Most returns are diagnosed within 5 working days.
Is calibration covered?
Initial calibration is included. Field re-calibration after the warranty year is a per-visit service quote.
Do you support on-site service?
For weighbridge installations in NCR / Uttarakhand we offer on-site service. Other regions via partner dealers — contact us for the dealer nearest you.
Spares post-warranty?
Stocked. Most boards, junction-boxes, displays and standard load cells are available off-the-shelf for 5+ years post-discontinuation.
